- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 15ml honey
- 60ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8g parsley, chopped
- 2 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dry Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Make Rub: Whisk olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, lemon zest, and honey.
