Instructions

  3. Blend Ingredients: Place chopped carrots in a high-speed blender. Add 0.5 cup filtered water per 2 cups of carrots. Blend until completely smooth, adding 0.25 cup more water if needed until it blends freely.
  4. Strain Juice: Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth into a clean pitcher. Press firmly to extract all the liquid, until the pulp feels dry.
  5. Serve Immediately: Pour your fresh carrot juice into clear glasses and serve immediately for optimal taste and nutrient retention. Optionally add apple for sweetness or ginger for a zingy kick during blending.
