- 450g large shrimp (21/25 count), peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp water (optional, to thin glaze)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep and Season Shrimp: Pat the thawed shrimp thoroughly dry with paper towels. Toss the dried shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Air Fry Shrimp: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Prepare Glaze: While the shrimp cook, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, and fresh lime juice in a small bowl. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Toss and Serve: Transfer the warm, cooked shrimp to a clean bowl. Pour the prepared glaze over the shrimp and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro.
