- 200ml (¾ cup) Canned Coconut Milk: full-fat, for richness
- 2–3 Kaffir Lime Leaves: torn, for citrus aroma
- 1 tsp (5ml) Lime Zest: freshly grated, avoid pith
- 2 cloves Garlic: minced, fresh
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Ginger: freshly grated, vibrant flavor
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Soy Sauce: good quality, naturally brewed
- 1 tsp (5ml) Toasted Sesame Oil: nutty aroma
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Cilantro: chopped, fresh herb
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Coconut Flakes: toasted, for texture
- 1 Scallion: thinly sliced (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Aromatic Broth: Combine broth, garlic, ginger, lime leaves, zest, soy sauce, and sesame oil; bring to a boil.
- Cook Dumplings: Add potstickers to broth; simmer for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Infuse Coconut Milk: Stir in coconut milk; simmer for 2 minutes (do not boil).
