- 100g (3.5oz) Dried Tart Cherries: Provides a burst of fruity flavor.
- 1 Tbsp Cherry Juice (Optional): Enhances the cherry flavor.

- 1 tsp Agar-Agar Powder: Sets the caramel as a vegetarian gelatin substitute.

Instructions
