- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) Salt: Enhances flavors.
- 1 cup (240 mL) Black Beans: Drained and rinsed.
- 1 cup (240 mL) Corn Kernels: Drained.
- 1 cup (240 mL) Diced Tomatoes: Canned or fresh.
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) Red Onion: Diced.
- 1 Jalapeño: Finely chopped (optional).
- 1 cup (240 mL) Cheddar Cheese: Shredded, sharp.
- 1 cup (240 mL) Mozzarella Cheese: Shredded (optional).
- 200g (7 oz) Cream Cheese: Softened.
- 120g (4 oz) Sour Cream: Adds tanginess.
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Lime Juice: Brightens the swirl.

Instructions
