Description

This easy Mango Lassi is a creamy, fruity delight perfect for a refreshing treat. Made with ripe mangoes and yogurt, it’s quick to prepare and everyone will adore.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (about 300g) chopped ripe mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (240ml) plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 24 tablespoons (30-60ml) sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup), to taste
  • About 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your mangoes: Peel and chop your ripe mangoes into chunks. If using frozen, no need to peel!
  2. Combine ingredients: Add the mango chunks, plain yogurt, milk, chosen sweetener, and ice (if you’re using it) into your blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy: Secure the lid and process on high speed until there are no mango lumps remaining and the mixture is wonderfully velvety smooth.
  4. Serve immediately: Pour your freshly blended Mango Lassi into tall glasses and enjoy this taste of sunshine right away!

Tips for Best Results:

  • For maximum sweetness, look for mangoes that are slightly soft to the touch and have a fruity aroma near the stem. Alphonso or Ataulfo varieties are fantastic choices.
