  • 2 tbsp (30g) Unsalted Butter (for glaze): Creates a smooth glaze.

Instructions

  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine melted butter, mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Combine Wet & Dry: Gently mix wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll Out Dough: Roll dough into a 30cm x 40cm (12 x 16 inches) rectangle.
  6. Prepare Swirl: Beat cream cheese, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until creamy.
  7. Swirl It Up: Spread swirl over dough, leaving a 2cm (¾ inch) border.
  8. Roll & Cut: Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  9. Arrange & Bake: Place rolls in baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Make Glaze: Melt butter, stir in maple syrup and powdered sugar.
  11. Glaze & Garnish: Drizzle glaze over rolls and sprinkle with coconut and cinnamon.
