Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23cm (9-inch) round cake pan.
  2. Combine Dry: Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream Butter & Eggs: Beat butter until creamy, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Incorporate Wet: Stir in bananas, milk, and vanilla.
