  • 2 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 oz fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch white pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast Garlic and Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the three garlic cloves in foil with a small amount of olive oil and roast for 20-25 minutes until soft. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) after removing the garlic.
  2. Cook Chicken and Make Buffalo Sauce: Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Shred the cooked chicken. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss the shredded chicken with the prepared buffalo sauce.
  3. Assemble Pizza: Stretch the pizza dough to a 12-inch circle. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the dough, followed by the shredded mozzarella and sliced red onion. Leave a small border for the crust.
  4. Bake and Prepare Drizzle: Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes at 425°F (220°C) until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
