- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound penne pasta (uncooked)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Load the Crockpot: Place the chicken, cream, broth, butter, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder into your slow cooker.
- Start Cooking: Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F and is fork-tender.
- Shred the Chicken: Shred or dice the chicken and return it to the Crockpot.
- Add Pasta: Stir in the uncooked penne pasta.
- Cook Pasta: Cover again and cook on high for 20–30 minutes, just until the pasta is cooked through.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in the Parmesan cheese, cover for 5 minutes to melt, then serve hot.
