- ½ Avocado (≈70g / 2.5oz), sliced
- ¼ Cup (60ml) Chipotle Mayo
- 2 Large Romaine Lettuce Leaves, washed
- 4 Thin Slices (≈40g / 1.4oz) Ripe Tomato
- ½ Small Cucumber (≈30g / 1oz), julienned
- 1 tsp (5ml) Olive Oil
- ½ tsp (2g) Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Garnish: Microgreen Mix, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Prepare Chipotle Mayo: Combine mayonnaise, chipotle powder, and lime juice; whisk until smooth.
- Cook Turkey Bacon: Cook turkey bacon in olive oil until crisp.
- Toast Tortilla: Toast tortilla in a dry skillet until pliable.
- Assemble Wrap: Spread mayo on tortilla; layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, turkey, bacon, and avocado; sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll Wrap: Fold sides in and tightly roll the tortilla.
- Melt Cheese (Optional): Heat sealed wrap in skillet to melt cheese.
- Rest and Slice: Rest for 2 minutes, then slice diagonally.
- Plate and Garnish: Arrange on a plate; drizzle with mayo, garnish with microgreens, sesame seeds, and lemon zest.
Notes
