- 100g (3.5oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Cream Cheese: Combine cream cheese, chipotle powder, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- Cook Sausage: Brown sliced sausage in a skillet until heated through (4-5 minutes).
- Scramble Eggs: Melt butter, scramble eggs with salt and pepper, and stir in cheddar cheese.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread cream cheese on tortillas, add sausage and eggs.
- Roll Wraps: Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down.
