- 1/2 cup cocoa powder or 6 oz melted chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or Oreo cookies for an Oreo crust)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (optional)
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
- 1/2 cup hazelnut spread (optional)
- Ganache drizzle, caramel sauce, or white chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs (or Oreos) with melted butter, press into the base of a springform pan, and chill.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa or melted chocolate, then eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Bake or chill: For baked, pour filling into crust and bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes. For no bake, chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cool properly: Allow cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door slightly open, then refrigerate until set.
- Garnish and serve: Top with whipped cream, ganache, or fresh fruit before serving.
