  • 2 Tbsp (≈15g) Pomegranate Seeds: Adds sweetness and color.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste: For seasoning.

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Cook Shrimp: Cook shrimp with salt and pepper until pink and opaque.
  4. Prepare Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice.
