Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Combine crumbs and butter, press into pan, bake 10 minutes.
  2. Make Agar Topping: Boil water, agar, and sugar, cool slightly.
  3. Whip Coconut Cream: Beat cream, add agar mixture, fold in coconut.
