  • 5g (1 tsp) kosher salt
  • 2g (½ tsp) black pepper
  • 10ml (2 tsp) honey
  • 120ml (½ cup) low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 250g (½ lb) bowtie pasta
  • 300g (10 oz) broccoli florets
  • 15g (½ cup) parsley, chopped
  • 15g (¼ cup) sliced almonds, toasted
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, reserving pasta water.
  3. Blanch Broccoli: Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, then shock in ice water.
  4. Create Butter Base: Melt butter and oil in a skillet.
