- 120ml (½ cup) Low-Fat Heavy Cream
- 100g (3.5oz) Boursin-Style Herb Cheese (Halal-Certified)
- 120ml (½ cup) Vegetable Broth (Low Sodium)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp (8g) Parsley: chopped, for garnish
- ¼ tsp (1g) Smoked Paprika (Optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Sear Chicken: Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through.
- Sauté Aromatics: Sauté garlic and shallot in butter until fragrant.
- Deglaze Pan: Add broth and scrape up browned bits.
