  • 120ml (½ cup) Low-Fat Heavy Cream
  • 100g (3.5oz) Boursin-Style Herb Cheese (Halal-Certified)
  • 120ml (½ cup) Vegetable Broth (Low Sodium)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp (8g) Parsley: chopped, for garnish
  • ¼ tsp (1g) Smoked Paprika (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear Chicken: Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Sauté garlic and shallot in butter until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze Pan: Add broth and scrape up browned bits.
  5. Create Cream Sauce: Simmer cream until slightly thickened.
  6. Incorporate Boursin: Whisk in Boursin cheese until smooth.
