  • 100g halal turkey bacon
  • 120ml ranch dressing
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 15g fresh cilantro
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeño, minced
  • 30g sour cream
  • 5g honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 20g toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 15ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Soak chicken strips in buttermilk for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Coating: Combine flour, paprika, and garlic powder; set aside panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour, then press into panko.
  4. Fry Chicken: Fry coated chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  5. Crisp Bacon: Sauté turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Make Swirl: Blend avocado, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, sour cream, honey, and salt.
  7. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas until pliable.
  8. Assemble Wraps: Spread ranch and avocado swirl on tortillas, add chicken and bacon, and roll tightly.
