- 60g Smoked Turkey Bacon, halved
- 60g All-Purpose Flour
- 5g Paprika
- 5g Garlic Powder
- 2.5g Black Pepper
- 2.5g Salt
- 30ml Vegetable Oil
- 4 Large Flour Tortillas (≈25cm diameter)
- 150g Ripe Avocado
- 45ml Plain Greek Yogurt
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Chopped Cilantro
- 5g Dried Dill
- 2.5g Onion Powder
- Salt to taste
- 15ml Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Prepare Ranch Sauce: Combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, dill, and onion powder; season with salt.
- Season Chicken: Toss chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Dredge Chicken: Coat seasoned chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Fry Chicken: Fry floured chicken in hot oil (350-375°F) for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Crisp Bacon: Fry turkey bacon halves until crispy.
- Warm Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 15 seconds per side.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread ranch on tortilla, layer with chicken and bacon, drizzle with more ranch.
- Roll & Seal: Fold sides in, roll tightly, and press seam-side down in skillet for 1 minute.
- Slice & Serve: Slice wraps diagonally, drizzle with ranch, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
Notes
Warming the tortillas makes them pliable and prevents cracking. Ensure oil is hot enough for crispy chicken, but not too hot to burn it.
