- 50 g (1.75 oz) macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp (5 g) lime zest
- 30 g (¼ cup) all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 500 ml (2 cups) vegetable oil for frying
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- Toasted coconut flakes and lime zest for garnish
Instructions
