  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 egg-roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate Beef: Combine beef with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper; marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened; add garlic during the last minute.
