- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice Cucumbers (5-10 mins): Wash your cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them thinly and uniformly. A mandoline slicer makes this step super fast and ensures even pieces.
- Salt & Drain (15-30 mins): Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a colander. Sprinkle generously with salt. Let them sit for 15 to 30 minutes to draw out excess water. Gently pat the cucumber slices dry with paper towels.
- Whisk the Dressing (5 mins): In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt), fresh chopped dill, white vinegar, granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings.
