  • 80 g (2.8 oz) Granulated Sugar (for Praline)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (for Praline)
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) Dark Chocolate for Glaze, chopped
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) Heavy Cream for Glaze

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cake Base: Place the first chocolate cake layer on a serving plate.
  2. Apply Raspberry Mousse: Spread raspberry mousse evenly over the chocolate layer.
  3. Add Praline Layer: Sprinkle half of the pistachio praline over the mousse.
