- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp harissa paste (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch + 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions

- Whisk Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and whisk well.
