  • 1 cup red grapes (150g), halved
  • 2 medium kiwi (200g total), peeled and sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey (20g), for optional dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (5ml), for optional dressing

Instructions

  1. Gather Fruits: Wash all fruits thoroughly under cool running water.
  2. Peel And Segment Citrus: Use a sharp paring knife to carefully peel oranges, grapefruits, and mandarins, removing all white pith. Segment over a large mixing bowl to catch delicious juices.
  3. Prep Other Fruits: Slice peeled kiwi into rounds or half-moons. Halve the red grapes. Gently wash and hull your chosen berries.
