- 3–4 small mandarins (210-280g total)
- 1 cup strawberries (150g), halved
- 1 cup blueberries (150g), rinsed
- 1 cup raspberries (125g), gently rinsed
- 1 cup red grapes (150g), halved
- 2 medium kiwi (200g total), peeled and sliced
- 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (20g), for optional dressing
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (5ml), for optional dressing
Instructions
- Gather Fruits: Wash all fruits thoroughly under cool running water.
- Peel And Segment Citrus: Use a sharp paring knife to carefully peel oranges, grapefruits, and mandarins, removing all white pith. Segment over a large mixing bowl to catch delicious juices.
- Prep Other Fruits: Slice peeled kiwi into rounds or half-moons. Halve the red grapes. Gently wash and hull your chosen berries.
- Combine And Toss: Add all prepared fruits to the bowl with collected citrus juices. Gently toss everything using a large spoon or spatula until well combined and beautifully colorful.
