- 2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp (45g) Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ¼ tsp (0.5g) Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Honey
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp (8g) Cilantro, Chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Rest Chicken: Transfer chicken to a plate and cover with foil.
