Instructions
- Prepare Steak: Season beef cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear Steak: Sear steak in hot oil for 4 minutes, browning all sides.
- Aromatic Base: Sauté garlic, shallot, and thyme in butter until fragrant.
- Brown Butter: Cook butter until nutty amber, about 2 minutes.
- Cook Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender, 12-15 minutes.
- Creamy Mash: Mash potatoes with butter, milk, sour cream (optional), salt, and pepper.
