  • 1 tsp (5g) Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp (2.5g) Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5g) Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas (≈25cm / 10in)
  • 4 Slices (100g / 3½oz) Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Mayonnaise (for crema)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Small Garlic Clove, minced
  • Pinch of Salt (for crema)
  • ½ cup (30g) Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • ¼ cup (35g) Diced Dill Pickles
  • ¼ cup (40g) Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Cilantro Leaves

Instructions

  1. Make Garlic-Lime Crema: Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, and salt; whisk until smooth.
  2. Prepare Big Mac Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard.
  3. Form Beef Patties: Divide beef into 4 portions and shape into thin patties.
  4. Season Beef: Season patties with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Cook Patties: Cook patties in oil for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  6. Warm Tortillas: Warm tortillas on a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side.
  7. Assemble Wraps: Spread sauce on tortilla, layer with lettuce, pickles, onion, cheese, and beef.
  8. Add Crema: Drizzle crema lengthwise down the center.
  9. Roll and Seal: Fold sides in and roll tightly.
