Instructions

  2. Dry & Season: Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Make Coating: Combine panko, Parmesan, paprika, oregano, and lemon zest.
  4. Whisk Glaze: Whisk olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and honey.
  5. Coat Chicken: Dip in glaze, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange & Drizzle: Arrange skin-side up on baking sheet and drizzle with remaining glaze.
  7. Roast to Perfection: Roast for 25 minutes, flip, baste, and roast 20-25 more minutes until cooked through.
