  • 180g (¾ cup) Caramel Sauce: Alcohol-free, for the swirl.
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Water: To thin the caramel sauce.
  • 1 tsp (5g) Fresh Ginger: Finely grated, for a spicy kick.
  • ¼ tsp (0.5g) Ground Cardamom (Optional): For aromatic complexity.
  • 30g (2 Tbsp) Pistachios: Toasted and chopped, for crunch.

Instructions

  2. Press and Bake Crust: Press into a pan and bake for 10 minutes.
