Instructions

  1. Blend Green Base: Combine the fresh spinach, frozen banana, almond milk, chia seeds, lime juice, ice cubes, and optional maple syrup in your blender. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Pour this vibrant green smoothie into a tall, clear glass.
  2. Prepare Turmeric-Ginger Swirl: In a separate small blender or food processor, combine the fresh orange juice, chopped fresh ginger, chopped fresh turmeric (or ground turmeric), and plant-based yogurt. Blend for 45-60 seconds until very smooth and a vivid orange-yellow color.
  3. Create Zesty Swirl: Gently spoon or drizzle the bright turmeric-ginger mixture into the glass with the green smoothie. Using a long-handled spoon or a thin skewer, carefully swirl the orange mixture into the green smoothie, creating distinct ribbons and marbled patterns (do not overmix).
