Instructions
- Prepare The Strawberry Glaze: In a small bowl, mash the 0.25 cup fresh strawberries with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 1 tablespoon water until a thin, syrupy glaze forms (texture should be slightly chunky but pourable). Set this aside.
- Combine Smoothie Ingredients: Add 1 cup frozen strawberries, 0.5 ripe banana, 1 cup plant-based milk, 0.25 ripe avocado, 1 scoop collagen peptides (if using), 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, and an optional 0.5 tablespoon maple syrup to your high-speed blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula as needed. The final texture should be thick but pourable and utterly uniform. (If too thin, add more frozen strawberries or a few ice cubes; if not blending smoothly, add another splash of plant milk).
