Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large, dry bowl, whisk cocoa, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, cardamom, sea salt, and cornstarch for 2 minutes until uniform and evenly distributed, preventing clumping.
  2. Sift the Mixture: Sift the entire blend through a fine-mesh sieve into an airtight container. This removes lumps, creating a smooth, easy-to-dissolve mix.

Stir in 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract and 2.5 ml (0.5 tsp) rosewater for an aromatic finish, optionally garnished with finely chopped pistachios and dried rose petals.
