  • ¼ tsp (0.5 g) thyme
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) toasted almonds, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (≈15 g) parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, quartered

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dry Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Make Creamy Coating: Whisk together olive oil, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, thyme, lemon zest, mustard, honey, cream, milk, Parmesan, and panko.
  4. Coat Chicken: Toss chicken thighs in the creamy mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Arrange & Bake: Arrange chicken skin-side up on the baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, until cooked through.
