  • 300g (10 oz) Broccoli Florets
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 50g Shallot, diced
  • 200ml (⅞ cup) Heavy Cream
  • 60ml (¼ cup) Chicken Broth
  • 50g (½ cup) Parmesan Cheese
  • 30g (2 tbsp) Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Almond Slivers, toasted
  • ½ Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden brown.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Make Sauce: Whisk in broth, cream, cheese until thickened.
  5. Simmer & Cook: Return chicken to skillet, add broccoli, and simmer until cooked through.
  6. Finish & Season: Stir in lemon zest and juice; adjust seasoning.
  7. Plate & Garnish: Serve with parsley and almond slivers.

For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
