- 2 cups (about 300g) chopped ripe mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup (240ml) plain whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2–4 tablespoons (30-60ml) sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup), to taste
- About 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your mangoes: Peel and chop your ripe mangoes into chunks. If using frozen, no need to peel!
- Combine ingredients: Add the mango chunks, plain yogurt, milk, chosen sweetener, and ice (if you’re using it) into your blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy: Secure the lid and process on high speed until there are no mango lumps remaining and the mixture is wonderfully velvety smooth.
- Serve immediately: Pour your freshly blended Mango Lassi into tall glasses and enjoy this taste of sunshine right away!

- For maximum sweetness, look for mangoes that are slightly soft to the touch and have a fruity aroma near the stem. Alphonso or Ataulfo varieties are fantastic choices.
