- 1 tsp (5ml) Lemon Juice (for swirl)
- 120g (1 cup) Powdered Sugar (for glaze)
- 30g (2 Tbsp) Unsalted Butter, melted (for glaze)
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) Maple Syrup (for glaze)
- Pinch of Smoked Sea Salt (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x30cm pan with parchment paper.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: Whisk melted butter, sugar, egg, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Mix Batter: Gently combine wet and dry ingredients until just incorporated.
- First Batter Layer: Spread half the batter into the pan.
- Make Cream Cheese Swirl: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
