  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dried Basil
  • 400g (14 oz) Crushed Tomatoes, no added sugar
  • 200 ml (⅞ cup) Heavy Cream
  • 100 ml (⅓ cup) Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 250g (9 oz) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 50g (½ cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 200g (7 oz) Lasagna Noodles, broken into thirds: coated with melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp (30g) Melted Butter
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Basil Leaves, torn, for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Chili-Infused Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Dice and season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear Chicken: Sauté chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through.
  3. Build Base: Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic.
  4. Bloom Spices: Stir in cumin, oregano, and basil.
  5. Simmer Sauce: Add crushed tomatoes and broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Creamy Perfection: Stir in heavy cream and return chicken to skillet; simmer for 3 minutes.
