- 50g (1¾ oz) Strawberry Puree (Extra for Swirl): For the basil-infused swirl.

Instructions
- Prepare Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Make Graham Cracker Crust: Combine crumbs and melted butter; press into muffin cups and bake 8-10 minutes.
- Beat Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add egg and vanilla.
- Blend Strawberry Filling: Stir in strawberry puree and milk until uniform.
- Prepare Basil Swirl: Combine basil, strawberry puree, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Assemble & Swirl: Fill crusts with batter, add swirl, and gently swirl with a skewer.
- Bake & Cool: Bake 15-18 minutes, cool in oven, then refrigerate for 3+ hours.
- Garnish & Serve: Release from liners, drizzle with puree, sprinkle with almonds, and garnish.
