  • 15ml (1 tbsp) Whole-Milk Milk: Adds moisture for a smooth texture.
  • 30g (1 oz) Fresh Basil Leaves, Finely Chopped: Adds a unique herbal note.
  • 50g (1¾ oz) Strawberry Puree (Extra for Swirl): For the basil-infused swirl.
  • 10g (2 tsp) Granulated Sugar (for Basil Swirl): Balances the basil flavor.
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Fresh Lemon Juice: Brightens the swirl flavors.
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Sliced Almonds, Toasted: Provides a crunchy garnish.
  • Fresh Basil Leaves, for Garnish: Adds visual appeal and flavor.

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Make Graham Cracker Crust: Combine crumbs and melted butter; press into muffin cups and bake 8-10 minutes.
  3. Beat Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add egg and vanilla.
  4. Blend Strawberry Filling: Stir in strawberry puree and milk until uniform.
  5. Prepare Basil Swirl: Combine basil, strawberry puree, sugar, and lemon juice.
