  • 10ml (2 tsp) lime juice
  • 2g (½ tsp) kosher salt
  • 1g (¼ tsp) black pepper
  • 30g (¼ cup) panko breadcrumbs
  • 15ml (1 Tbsp) olive oil
  • 5g (1 Tbsp) fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare Corn: Husk corn and optionally cut kernels off the cob.
  2. Make Glaze: Combine butter, honey, miso, paprika, zest, juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sauté Corn: Sauté corn in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Glaze Corn: Pour glaze over corn and toss to coat, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Make Crumbs: Combine panko, thyme, oil, and salt.
