Ingredients

Instructions

- Drain And Rinse: Drain thoroughly in a colander and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking and stop further cooking.
- Prepare Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined and smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the cooked, drained noodles and raisins into the egg and dairy mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Bake Pudding: Pour the mixture into a buttered 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown on top and set in the center.
Notes
Plump raisins in warm water for 5 minutes before adding. For best results, use fresh eggs and quality dairy products. For a lighter version, use low-fat dairy and reduce sugar by a quarter. If the pudding seems too dry, ensure noodles are not overcooked and use full-fat dairy.
