- ½ cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup (60ml) Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Finely Chopped
- Zest of 1 Lime
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 Tbsp (20g) Toasted Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas) for Garnish
Instructions
