Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and a wire rack.
- Make Mayo Mixture: Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Coat Chicken: Pat chicken dry, dip in mayo mixture, then coat in Parmesan-panko.
- Arrange & Drizzle: Place coated tenders on wire rack and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- Rest & Drizzle: Rest for 5 minutes, then drizzle with lemon-mayo sauce.
