Description

Simple, energizing pink salt recipe with lemon and honey. Supports digestion and hydration naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • ¼ to ½ tsp fine-grain pink Himalayan salt
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon (or ½ tsp pure bottled lemon juice)
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
  • Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with mother)
  • 23 ginger slices (fresh)
  • 34 fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Splash of coconut water
  • Drizzle of maple syrup (¼ tsp)

Instructions

  1. Quick Mix Method: Combine water, pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and optional ingredients. Stir well until salt dissolves completely. Sip slowly.
  2. Sole Water Prep (Overnight Method): Dissolve 1–2 tbsp pink salt into a jar with filtered water overnight. Use 1 tsp of this concentrated solution mixed into your warm lemon water each morning.

Notes

  • For sensitive stomachs, omit apple cider vinegar.
