Ingredients

- 1 cup warm filtered water
- ¼ to ½ tsp fine-grain pink Himalayan salt
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon (or ½ tsp pure bottled lemon juice)
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
- Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with mother)
- 2–3 ginger slices (fresh)
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Splash of coconut water
- Drizzle of maple syrup (¼ tsp)
Instructions
- Quick Mix Method: Combine water, pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and optional ingredients. Stir well until salt dissolves completely. Sip slowly.
- Sole Water Prep (Overnight Method): Dissolve 1–2 tbsp pink salt into a jar with filtered water overnight. Use 1 tsp of this concentrated solution mixed into your warm lemon water each morning.

- For sensitive stomachs, omit apple cider vinegar.
