- 80g (0.33 cup) Raspberry Jam (No Alcohol): Adds vibrant raspberry flavor.
- 30g (0.25 cup) Powdered Sugar: Used in the swirl for sweetness and consistency.
- 1 tsp (5ml) Lemon Juice: Brightens raspberry flavor.
- Pinch of Salt (for swirl): Enhances raspberry and almond flavors.
- 30g (0.25 cup) Toasted Almond Slivers: Adds crunch and visual appeal.

Instructions
- Prepare Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x30cm (8x12in) pan with parchment paper.
- Make Shortbread Dough: Cream butter and 80g powdered sugar, then mix in flours and salt.
- Press Base Layer: Press two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan.
- Make Raspberry Swirl: Combine almond butter, jam, 30g powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
- Swirl & Top: Drop swirl over base and create ribbons; crumble remaining dough on top.
- Bake to Golden: Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Cool & Drizzle: Cool in pan, then transfer to rack; drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Garnish & Cut: Sprinkle with almond slivers and cut into bars.
Notes
For clean cuts, warm a knife under hot water before slicing. Toasting almond slivers enhances their flavor. Choose raspberry jam without added alcohol.
