Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet.
- Make Caramel Core: Combine sugars and water in a saucepan; swirl until amber.

- Cool and Break: Spread caramel on silicone mat, cool, and break into pieces.
