Instructions
- Toast Pine Nuts: Toast pine nuts for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown and fragrant, cool immediately.
- Combine Butter Base: Mix softened butter with garlic, chipotle powder, paprika, lime zest, juice, honey, salt, pepper, parsley, and pine nuts.
- Mix to Perfection: Thoroughly combine ingredients until a uniform paste forms.
- Shape Butter Log: Shape butter mixture into a 5 cm (2 inch) diameter log on parchment paper.
- Roll and Secure: Roll parchment tightly around log, twist ends to secure.
- Chill and Firm: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Prepare Chipotle-Lime Honey Glaze: Combine honey, chipotle powder, lime juice, and paprika in a saucepan.
- Warm and Thicken Glaze: Warm glaze over low heat for 2-3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
