- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ginger, grated
- 1 tsp (5 g) chili flakes
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) neutral oil
- 1 tbsp (15 g) sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 tbsp (30 g) cilantro, chopped
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil, toasted
- 0.5 tsp (2.5 g) black pepper
- 0.5 tsp (2.5 g) lime zest
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Boil noodles until al dente, drain, rinse, and toss with oil.
- Marinate Chicken: Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper; coat chicken and marinate for 15+ minutes.
- Make Glaze: Simmer remaining soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and water until thickened.
- Sauté Chicken: Cook chicken in oil until browned and cooked through.
- Coat Noodles: Toss noodles with glaze, return chicken to pan, and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Rest & Meld: Let rest for 2 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
