Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger; rest for 10 minutes.
- Cook Noodles: Boil noodles until al dente; drain, rinse, and toss with sesame oil.
- Prepare Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in hot oil until cooked through.
- Sauté & Glaze: Sauté garlic and ginger; add sauce and cornstarch slurry; simmer until thickened.
- Combine & Coat: Return chicken to pan, add noodles, and toss to coat.
- Rest & Serve: Let rest for 2 minutes before plating.
